Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
Method
Step 1
Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker till 2-3 whistles.
Step 2
Allow to cool.
Step 3
Peel and mash the potatoes with fingers or spoon.
Step 4
Add water or formula milk to thin down the consistency if required.
Step 5
Serve at room temperature. If not serving immediately, then refrigerate it.
