Ambanis Have Big News – Akash and Shloka Are the Newest Parents on the Block!
Being grandparents is a joy, and Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of Reliance Industries, and his wife Nita Ambani will be experiencing this happiness for the first time with the arrival of their grandson. As per reports, Akash Ambani and his wife Shloka Mehta have become parents to a baby boy. The New Year celebration sure seems to have come early for the Ambani family!
As per the press, the Ambani family released a family statement to share the happy news. The statement reads, “Nita and Mukesh Ambani are delighted to have become grandparents for the first time, as they welcome the great-grandson of Dhirubhai and Kokilaben Ambani. Shloka and Akash Ambani became proud parents of a baby boy today (December 10) in Mumbai.”
“Both mother and son are doing well. The new arrival has brought immense joy to the Mehta and Ambani families.”, further read the statement.
Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita are parents to three children: twins Akash and Isha, and Anant.
Akash Ambani married Shloka Mehta, the daughter of diamantaire Russell Mehta and Mona Mehta, in March 2019 in a star-studded ceremony in Mumbai. Their wedding continues to be the most-talked-about nuptials around the globe, which was attended by big names from all walks of life, including politicians, cricketers, and the who’s who of Bollywood.
The news of Shloka and Akash’s baby’s birth comes towards the end of the year 2020, which already has us on the edge of our seats as we wait for more baby announcements and updates, especially from the actor-duo Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan, and the famous Bollywood-cricket pair Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli.
