1. Keema Mutton Rolls
Mutton keema rolled in a roomali roti makes for a healthy meal option. You can use chicken keema or minced fish too for this non-vegetarian wrap recipe.
Ingredients
- 250 grams mutton keema
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 onion, juliennes
- 2 j, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 2 eggs
- 4 roomali roti
- 2 tbsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Total Cook Time: 45 to 50 minutes
Servings: 3 to 4
How To Make
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan; add onions and ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute or two.
- Add keema, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and green chillies. Cook covered on medium heat until the keema is cooked.
- Add garam masala powder and chaat masala, mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Beat eggs, add some salt.
- Grease a flat pan with some ghee, place roomali roti on it and spread egg mixture on the roti and cook.
- Place keema on the egg layer; add onion juliennes and coriander leaves.
- Roll and secure with a toothpick.
- Serve the hot keema wraps with mint chutney.
2. Paneer Wrap
This is one of those yummy wrap dishes with paneer that will be loved by young kids and is super-easy to make too! You can add more vegetables to this wrap to make this healthier and crunchier.
Ingredients
- 200 grams paneer or cottage cheese, grated
- 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
- ½ inch ginger, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup mint chutney
- 4-6 thin parantha
Total Cook Time: 30 minutes

How To Make
- Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan.
- Add cumin seeds and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes or until they turn deep brown.
- Add chopped onions, ginger and green chillies and cook until onions turn golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and cook until tomatoes become tender.
- Add grated paneer and garam masala and cook for a few minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat.
- Spread the parantha, spread mint chutney and put paneer mixture in the centre. Roll the parantha and secure with a toothpick.
- Serve hot.
3. Tangy Egg Warp
This yummy egg wrap recipe comes with a tangy oriental twist! So, if you love to relish Chinese food, there are chances that this recipe may become your favourite too.
Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges (discard the yolk)
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 green capsicum, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (or any vegetable oil)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp sugar
- 4-5 thin chapati
Total Cook Time: 25 to 30 minutes

How To Make
- In pan, heat oil and add sliced onions. Cook on high flame for a few minutes.
- Throw in the sliced capsicum and cook for two to three minutes on high flame.
- Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, tomato sauté, pepper powder and sugar and cook for a minute.
- Add boiled eggs and sesame seeds, mix well.
- Place the chapati on a flat surface, spread the egg filling and roll it. Secure with a paper napkin.
- Serve hot.
4. Spicy Chicken Tortilla Wrap
For all those chicken lovers, this chicken wrap recipe will be an instant hit! If you like your food to less spicy, you can do away with chillies in the recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled chicken, shredded
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ pepper powder
- 1 tbsp barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp salsa sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tortilla sheets

- Heat oil in a pan; add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add crushed garlic, ginger and bell pepper and sauté for a minute.
- Throw in the dry spices, that is red chilli powder and pepper powder.
- Add shredded chicken, salt and barbeque sauce and cook for another minute or two. Remove from heat.
- In a separate pan, toast tortillas with some oil.

- 250 grams roasted boneless fish, sliced

- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 100 grams baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
- 3-4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 to 4 tbsp mustard sauce
- 4 to 5 multigrain wrap-sheets (you can use chapatti or parantha also)

How To Make
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard and thinly sliced onions.
- Spread the wrap; smear the mayonnaise mixture on it.
- Place a few slices of fish and egg on it.

- Add ginger-garlic paste, cook for a minute.

- Add grated cauliflower, cook on low heat until it is done.

Ingredients
- 500 grams chickpeas (soaked overnight)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- Few lettuce leaves, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- ½ baking soda
- 3 to 4 pita bread (tacos or roomali roti can be used too)
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- Salt to taste

How To Make
- Take the soaked chickpeas and mince it with some water in a blender.
- Add diced onions, chopped chillies, coriander leaves, garlic paste, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, gram flour, pepper powder and baking soda. Make smooth dough.
- Heat oil in a wok for frying.
- Make small balls with the chickpea batter and deep fry until golden brown.
- Slit the pita bread vertically and open it up.
- Smear sour cream on both the sides.
- Place falafels, chopped onions and lettuce.
- Serve with tahini or sour cream.
8. Walnut and Dates Lettuce Wrap

- 7 to 8 lettuce leaves
- 1 cup purple cabbage, finely sliced
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup dates, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Few mint leaves, chopped

How To Make
- Wash the lettuce leaves nicely and leave to dry. Make sure you do not tear the leaves as these will work as the base of our rolls.
- In bowl, add sliced cabbage, chopped walnuts, sliced dates and mayonnaise, mix well.
- Spared the lettuce leave and fill in the date, walnut and cabbage filling.
- Top it with chopped mint leaves.
