  • ¾ cup rice flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cream of tartar

Time Required: 45 to 50 minutes


  • Separate the egg yolks from egg whites.
