Mango is the undoubted king of fruits. It is a delight to taste traditional and authentic Indian recipes made with delectable raw mangoes. The aroma and fragrance compel you to have more than just a spoonful of whatever heaven has been prepared using these green enchanters.
How to Tell If a Mango Is Raw or Ripe?
While a ripe mango is a beautiful hue of yellow, the raw version is a deep tint of green. Raw mangoes also give off a pungent smell while the sweet fruit has an aromatic fragrance. Ripe mangoes are juicy and softer as compared to the taut and firm raw mangoes. The taste differs too as the raw mango has a sour taste owing to the presence of succinic, citric, and maleic acid.
