  • Dry red chillies, 2
  • Curry leaves, a few sprigs

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

  • Beat the curd till it is of smooth consistency.
  • Heat some oil and add cumin seeds.
  • Once they have been crackling for a few seconds, add the green chillies along with spinach to the pan.
