- Full-fat milk (4 cups)
- Condensed milk (3/4 cup)
- Cornflour (1 tbsp)
- Milk (2 tbsp)
- Cardamom powder (1/4 tsp)
How to Make
- Combine the milk and cornflour. Mix well and keep aside.
- Heat the condensed milk and milk in a pan and let it boil on a medium flame. Stir often so that the milk doesn’t stick to the pan. This will only take you about 10 minutes.
- For 40 minutes, simmer the milk on a low flame while stirring occasionally.
- Add the cardamom powder and cornflour mixture and cook on a slow flame after mixing well. Stir occasionally for about 12 minutes so that it becomes really thick.
