1. Pregnancy Hormones
Your changing pregnancy hormones may be the cause of cloudy urine. As you become pregnant, there are many hormonal changes that happen in your body to support your growing foetus. Also, some hormones like hCG or human chorionic gonadotropin may increase rapidly during the first trimester, making your urine cloudy.
2. Reduced Water Intake

The changes in the colour of the urine may happen due to various reasons. Here are some of the reasons that may cause different coloured urine:
Pink Or Red Coloured Urine
This coloured urine is indicative that you have consumed more red-coloured food. Apart from the food, the red colour could be because of the presence of blood and this could mean a serious health condition such as kidney disorders, internal injury or even cancer.
Dark Orange Or Brown Coloured Urine
If your urine is of this colour, it may not be a good sign. Dark orange or brown coloured urine is an indication of excessive bile secretion and this could mean that there may a serious liver problem.
This coloured urine means that you may have consumed too much yellow coloured food or vitamin C medicine. Apart from this consuming some other medicines may also make your urine turn bright yellowish-orange.
Taking certain medication such as laxatives, vitamins or chemotherapy medicines may make your urine bluish green. However, if you are not doing any of these and still your urine is of this colour, you should get yourself examined.

1. Drink More Water
Drinking more amount of water helps in flushing out the toxins from the body and thus, helps in reducing the symptoms of cloudy urine.
2. Dietary Changes
If the diet is what may be making your urine cloudy, such as dairy, you should limit its intake.
3. Cranberry Juice
Cranberry juice has substantial amounts of phytonutrients, which are helpful in reducing the symptoms of UTI, kidney stones and other such ailments that may cause cloudy urine.
4. Limit The Intake Of High-sugar And High-Salt content foods
