#HealthInATiffin Cheese Mushroom Kathi Roll
This is a perfect, simple, filling and healthy tiffin recipe for kids school lunch box.

Ingredients
- 250 gms finely chopped mushroom
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 large chopped tomato
- 1 tsp (teaspoon) garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander masala
- 1 tsp kasuri meethi
- 2 tbsps (tablespoons) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chopped ginger-garlic
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsps cream or malai
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 4-5 cheese slices or grated processed cheese
- Salt and chili to taste
Method
Step 1
Saute chopped onion, ginger-garlic till golden in colour.
Step 2
Add chopped tomato and let it become soft.
Step 3
Add tomato sauce and all the spices and sugar mentioned in the ingredient list.
Step 4
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes till it leaves sides of pan. Mix well.
Step 5
Add chopped mushroom. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes till cooked.
Step 6
Add cream or malai. Stir well and turn off the flame.
Step 7
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Step 8
Prepare dough for kathi roll by taking 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 2 tbsps oil or ghee and 1 tsp salt. Mix well and knead dough using milk.
Step 9
Make chapatis using kathi roll dough.
Step 10
Spread tomato sauce, keep stuffing and one cheese slice or grated cheese. Roll it.
Step 11
Prick toothpick to avoid opening of roll.
Step 12
Spread softened butter all over the roll and toast on high flame till golden in colour.
Step 13
Serve hot or pack in kids tiffin.
