Grilled Paneer Wrap

We bring to you a quick Sunday evening snack recipe. Not only is it easy to prepare, but also healthy and super delicious. It can also be the perfect food item for your kids lunch box. Believe us, it will have them drooling!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded colored capsicum
  • 1 shredded tomato
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg
  • 10-12 sautéed mushrooms (optional)
  • 100 g marinated Paneer Tikka
  • Sweet onion sauce or Mayo
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • Italian seasoning

Method

Step 1

Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Next, add 1 tsp garlic paste, chopped mushrooms, salt and Italian seasoning. Saute till mushrooms are shrunk and soft.

Step 2

For the sweet onion sauce, in a mixer, churn 1 chopped white onion, 3 tbsp mayo, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp white vinegar, salt and pepper and form a smooth paste.

Step 3

Take 1 cup maida, 1 cup wheat flour and salt. Mix in warm water and knead a semi soft dough. Roll and make thin rotis.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp paneer tikka masala with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp curd. Dip the paneer pieces in this mixture and shallow fry till paneer starts becoming brown.

Step 5

Finally, take a wrap on a plate. Spread sweet onion sauce. Put all the above veggies, mushrooms and marinated paneer pieces. Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning. Make a roll and grill the wrap in the griller until crisp.

Step 6

Your veg grilled wrap is ready to serve.
