Ingredients
- 20 g cashews
- 20 g almonds
- 20 g pistachios
- 20 g macadamia
- 20 g walnuts
- 20 g pitted prunes
- 20 g pitted cranberries
- 20 g seedless dates
- 20 g cherry, pitted
- 20 g figs, pitted
- 20 g raisins, pitted
- 20 g blueberry, pitted
- 20 g apricot, pitted
Method
Step 1
Combine the nuts and dried fruit in a food processor or blender
Step 2
Keep pausing in between to check the consistency of the mixture. The mixture should just be broken up and not churned completely
Step 3
Put the mixture into a thick glass bowl lined with butter paper and press into a firm layer.
Step 4
Chill for at least 3-5 hours
Step 5
Divide into bars

Wrap each bar in plastic wrap or wax paper and store in the fridge
