Diet Plan for 10 Month 3 Week Old Baby

Introduction

We hope your baby enjoyed eating everything you cooked for him last week. If your little one is teething, he might refuse to eat certain foods – but don’t worry. You can reintroduce these foods at a later stage. Apart from giving him mashed food and pureed food, you should give him other semi-solid foods to encourage him to chew and develop his taste. Check this week 3 meal plan to know what new you can offer him at 10 months of age!

Conclusion

If your baby has teething troubles and is in pain, do not try to force-feed him. Let him chew on something if that’s what he wants, just make sure whatever he chews on is clean and won’t prove to be a choking hazard. You can always rely on mashed and pureed food and semi-solids to ensure that his nutritional requirements are met. And click here if you want the meal plan for week 4!
