Millets are a good source of nutrients and the perfect replacement for rice. Here I am sharing an easy millet- chicken pulao recipe.
Ingredients
1. Little millet 2 cups
2. Chicken 300g
3. 1 medium size onion
4. 1 medium size tomato
5. 2 tablespoons ginger garlic and chilly paste
6. 1 bay leaf
7. 3/4 black pepper seed
8. 2 pieces of Clove
9. 1 teaspoon cumin seed
10. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
11. Curd 3 tablespoon
12. Coriander leaves
13. Oil 4 tablespoon
14. Ghee 1 spoon
15. Salt per taste.
Method
Do give it a try. You can replace chicken with veggies like carrot, beetroot, potato, green peas, cauliflower, beans, and soybean if you are a vegetarian.
