An Easy and Healthy Snack for Babies

We’re talking about a quick and nutritious snack for children over the age of one. We’ll be making potato cheese sticks. It is really easy to make. It is delicious and ideal for all new mothers.   • Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaf
  • Oregano                                                             

How to cook

  1. Take one potato and steam it before smashing it.

2. Combine the cheese, salt, coriander leaf, and oregano in a mixing bowl. After that, thoroughly combine everything.

3. Then, build it into a stick model and fry it in coconut oil.

With this, I will offer another simple recipe of “puri” made of banana oats. This is likewise a straightforward recipe. Oats banana puri is made with oats and banana, which is great for our child’s health. We should not only be concerned that the baby’s stomach is full; instead, we must be mindful about their well-being. As a result, we add extra calories and proteins to their diet. We must add additional protein-rich products to their diet charts. Food is one of the most important aspects of a baby’s memory and development. The recipe for Oats banana puri is as follows.

  • Banana
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Milk                     

How to cook 

  1. Take one banana and steam it in a steamer, or pressure cook it if you want.
  2. Then make porridge with oats.
  3. Add some salt and sugar to some oats and milk and make porridge.
  4. After that, a blender is used to finely combine the steamed banana and the Oats porridge.
  5. Make it as smooth as possible as though it were a cream soup
  6. You can season to taste with salt. Also, some dry fruits can be added to this puri.

This puri is easy to make and quite tasty. I’m sure your baby will enjoy it a lot. You can include this in your baby’s food chart once a week.
