Try this finger-licking berries and cream smoothie bowl recipe for a breakfast that tastes like dessert but is oh-so-healthy!

- Strawberries or any other seasonal berry
- Vanilla essence
- Honey/maple syrup
Blend berries with yogurt, honey and vanilla essence in a blender until smooth.
Pour this smoothie mixture into a bowl and add toppings.
Your toppings can include cornflakes, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and a drizzle of yogurt.
