Chocolate Fig and Banana Pancakes

Pancakes are as indispensable to westerners, as rotis and dosas are to us in India. Why not incorporate this foreign dish into the ‘desi’ menu by altering it a little. They can be served with a dollop of honey, a blob of butter and a scoop of fresh jam, or they can form the base for other desserts or savoury preparations. Have a look at our recipe for an easy way to make eggless healthy pancakes at home.
