Easy,healthy and yummy! Chickpeas which belongs to the legume family is not only nutritious but palatable as well. Even kids enjoy this with chapati or bread.

- 150 grams chickpeas/kabuli chana
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- Salt – as per taste
- 3 tbsps (tablespoons) tahini
- 4 tbsps olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp (teaspoon) red chilli powder
Soak the chickpeas overnight.
Boil the soaked chickpeas until its gets soft.
Put the boiled chickpeas in the blender along with salt, tahini, garlic, olive oil.
Blend all the ingredients together.
Add lemon juice to the mixture and blend once again.
Transfer the content in a serving bowl and serve fresh.
