  • 150 gm yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • water or baby’s milk

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Blend for about 1-2 minutes. Add water or milk, if the mixture seems too thick to blend.

Serve at room temperature.
