Method
- Blanch the spinach leaves and churn them into a coarse paste.
- Add some oil to a pan and then heat it.
- Add chopped onions, turn them golden brown.

- Blend onion cashew nuts, tomatoes, ginger and garlic into a fine paste.

- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 3-4 dried red chillies
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon mustard oil
Method
- Marinate fish with ½ tsp turmeric powder, salt and ½tsp of ginger garlic paste, for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan after which you must shallow fry the fish.
- Take onions, tomatoes, green chillies and mustard seeds, churn them into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add dried red chilli, turmeric and chilli powder.
