  • One cup red wine
  • Quarter cup almonds
  • Half cup pitted dates

  • One tablespoon each chopped candied orange peel and ginger
  • One tablespoon tutti-frutti
  • Quarter cup raisins
  • Four chopped walnuts
For the Cake:
  • 2 cups maida
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
